This studio apartment on Körnerstrasse, in Friedenau is fully furnished. The 28 m² property makes excellent use of space with a fold out double sofa bed and intelligent furnishings. There is an equipped kitchen, and 1 small but functional bathroom.

The apartment is located in Friedenau, a beautiful area where you are close to museums and picturesque lakes. The area is well connected by public transport, you can be in the city center to enjoy all of its cultural offerings, like the Philarmonie, Komishe Oper, Konzerthaus and much more, in about 10 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • Steglitz-Zehlendorf is a peaceful and visually beautiful area to live in.
  • Central heating is installed throughout.
  • The apartment is simply but stylishly furnished.
  • There are several windows that let in lots of natural light.
  • The apartment makes great use of space with a bed that converts into a sofa.
  • The landlord can provide a bicycle.

Things to keep in mind

  • Only for 1 person
  • There is no conventional oven but the kitchen does have a all-in-one microwave, oven and grill.
  • Wi-Fi is installed but not activated in this apartment.
