What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
I am temporarily subletting my Berlin flat, as I will be living in London.
The is perfect for a couple (you can have it just for yourself as well of course). There's one bedroom and a larger room which combines the kitchen and living area. It has a nice parquet floor and is bright.
It's right next to the U-Bahn stop, around the corner from the Marheineke covered market. It's in the inner courtyard, very quiet.
The flat is fully functional, you'll be able to use all of the furniture that you see on the pictures. Whatever isn't to your taste could also go in the attic.
There is a washing machine and dryer as well as a dishwasher, oven and microwave.
I have reliable internet and you can use my desk setup with the screen. There is also a projector and bluetooth speakers in the living room.
You are also welcome to use my bike during your stay.
