PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Kindly be aware, reservations are strictly set to start and end on Thursdays, though it is possible to arrive later or leave earlier within the booking period, without a refund for the days not used.
- After booking on Spotahome, it is mandatory to create an account in the house provider app to receive the entry code and upload credit card details for payments.
Regarding payments and additional fees:
- Extra payments needed are: final cleaning (150 euro), and deposit (200euro), all before check-in.
- For bookings longer than 8 weeks: pre-payment required for the first 8 weeks(including the month paid via Spotahome, so you will be required to pay the difference).
- For bookings shorter than 8 weeks: a pre-payment of the first 1 month is made via Spotahome, with a separate charge from the housing provider for the remaining weeks of the booking
