This lovely studio apartment on Seddinpromenade, in Treptow-Köpenick, covers an area of 35 m² and comes fully furnished to accommodate 1 tenant. The lakeside property is equipped with central heating and has a double bed, television, and a kitchen with all the essentials.

The apartment is located in a tranquil area, away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin city centre. The beautiful Seddinsee lake is right by your front door, making this location ideal for those who enjoy being close to nature. The local shopping centre is a 5-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is nicely decorated and right by the lake!
  • The flat screen television can be enjoyed from the double bed.
  • The bathroom has a luxurious shower.
  • The apartment receives plenty of natural light.
  • There is a beach nearby, which will make an ideal swimming spot over summer.
  • The area offers plenty of opportunities to have fun outdoors, such as hiking in the forest.
