This chic studio apartment with 1-bathroom has a 48 m² footprint on Braunschweiger Strasse in Neukölln. This apartment has a large combined living area and bedroom with a TV, sofa, and double bed while the bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and sink. The kitchen is also well-equipped with modern appliances.
There is a supermarket and several restaurants within a 10-minute walk, as well as the beautiful Körner Park. The large Neukölln Carree shopping mall is also within a half-hour walk, so there is plenty of shops around.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- There is a balcony which can be accessed from the living room/bedroom as well as one which can be accessed from the kitchen.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is no elevator leading up to this apartment.
