What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
This lovely newly refurbished third floor apartment has lots of light and is beautifully colorfully decorated. There is a very well equipped kitchen, a large high-quality bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony. The decor is unique and the apartment features two oil paintings by Burmese and Cambodian contemporary artists, a beautiful Buddha statue and an exquisite Kuba textile panel from Africa. All furniture and appliances are newly fitted with a queen size bed, large mirrored closet, desk, table and chairs and a leather armchair. The apartment is located on the very inside of the building, which has an elegant entrance and a green courtyard. There is luggage storage in the apartment and in the basement if needed. The owner has another apartment in the same building on the ground floor that can accommodate two people and has a very nice spacious terrace with a view of the greenery.
The apartment is very centrally located, near the Museum Island, in a quiet street with many different cozy restaurants just a few steps from the Spree riverbank. The neighborhood is very quiet and very green as there are many parks nearby. I
