This spacious studio apartment to rent on Rognitzstraße is on the 5th floor. You have a terrific terrace and a bathroom with a tub and washing machine. There is also a storage space. The U-shaped kitchen is cozy and equipped. The main living area has a casual vibe. It’s furnished with two single beds in a double frame, night tables, a desk with a chair, and a wall-mounted foldable dining table with chairs.

Charlottenburg is to southwest of the city center. The Berlin Institute of Technology is a 15-minute U-Bahn ride away. Within a 30-minute walk, you can catch a film at a cinema, shop at the Wilmersdorfer Arcaden mall, or visit Charlottenburg Palace. Within 10 minutes, you’ll find a few restaurants, a supermarket, an organic food store, and an art gallery.
