This 34 m² studio apartment available to rent is located on the ground floor of a modern building complex in Friedrichshain. The building offers a community atmosphere with common areas including a BBQ and kitchen zone, entertainment area, and a large terrace. The studio itself is also quite spacious with wall partitions that make it feel more like a 1-bedroom apartment. There is a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and large bathroom.
On Thaerstraße, the apartment is in a more residential area of the eastern district of Friedrichshain. However, the district is known for having a young and lively nightlife scene. This provides you with the best of both worlds. On nearby streets, you can find all the basics from grocery stores to bakeries to pharmacies. There are also bus and tram stops close by that provide great connections to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- Marco, our Homechecker, loved the communal terrace.
- There is a portable stand for the TV and sound system – convenient!
- The 3 separate areas are all quite spacious.
- We love the building facilities, great for hosting events.
Things to keep in mind
