This 45 m² studio apartment with a double bed and 1-bathroom is for rent on Drontheimer Str. in Mitte. The kitchen has a 3-burner stove, oven and it also where you will find the washing machine. The bathroom is tiled, and has a shower over bath as well as a large mirror. The bedroom and living area are combined, although the bed is hidden behind a shelving unit.
If you're an explorer you won't need to go far to find something interesting - the Berlin Underworlds e.V. museum is just over a 20-minute walk away as is the Volkspark Humboldthain. If shopping is more your thing, the Gesundbrunnen-Center Berlin is easily accessible on foot or using pubilc transport.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport so you can get around Berlin easily.
- This apartment has beautiful hardwood floors and neutral decor throughout.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The sofa in the living room can be folded out to a bed.
Things to keep in mind
- The refrigerator in the kitchen is half-sized, but is suitable for 1-2 people.
- This is a 2nd floor apartment without an elevator.
