This fantastic studio apartment for rent on Dahlmannstrasse is on the 5th floor. The front door opens directly into the huge L-shaped kitchen. It’s modern, fully equipped, and includes a dishwasher. Moving toward the living area, you’ll pass a large built-in wardrobe to the left. And to the right is your bathroom. It’s functional and includes a tub and washing machine. The open living space is pretty terrific. It’s furnished with a 4-seat dining table, comfy armchair, double bed, and a desk with a chair. There is also a big balcony with a table and chairs, as well as a view over the quiet courtyard.
Your new home is located in Wilmersdorf. It’s southwest of downtown. Living here, you’re treated to beautiful green spaces like the nearby Preußen Park. Tiergarten and the Berlin Zoo are a half-hour walk away. It’s not all about nature, though. There is plenty of culture to be appreciated. You’re not far from the Stage Theater of the West or the Opera House. The neighborhood is known for some of the best restaurants in the city. And you’ll do lots of shopping at the Wilmersdorfer Arcaden, just 15 minutes away.
What we liked the most

- The balcony is relaxing and has a table and chairs.
- The neighborhood is filled with green spaces, good restaurants, and some theaters.
