This studio apartment available to rent in Friedrichshain is 60 m² of style and elegance. There is an open-plan kitchen and living room that has polished wood floors and stylish decor, and has huge windows that open up onto a small balcony. There is a spacious kitchen with modern appliances and a charming breakfast bar. For dinner parties, you have a table for 4 next to the sitting area with a couch and flat-screen TV. Around the corner you have the bedroom tucked away, filled by light coming in through the balcony windows and furnished with a double bed and standalone wardrobe. ​ Friedrichshain is known as a trendy district with a youthful and lively spirit. You are very well-connected by public transport with several tram, S-bahn, and U-bahn stations nearby. On Pettenkoferstraße, you are surrounded by everything the district has to offer. You are next to a nightclub, a short walk to a large park with a lake, and within 10 minutes of 2 large shopping centers. Here, you really have it all.

  • There is underfloor heating – fancy.
  • We love the floor-to-ceiling balcony windows.
  • There is private parking available.
