Reformado recientemente y con todas las comunidades, incluso tiene una magnífica bañera. Ubicado en Schöneberg, a pocos minutos de Nollendorfplatz y K’damm. Barrio con una animada vida social y cultural muy apreciada por los berlineses.

This cozy studio apartment with a 40 m² footprint is for rent on Winterfeldtstraße in Tempelhof-Schöneberg. This bright apartment has a generous combined living and sleeping area, with a sofa-bed to make the most of the available space. There is a nice little balcony and 1 bathroom.

The apartment is located in Tempelhof-Schöneberg. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 20-minute walk, and the Metro is also close by if you need to go further afield. The German Museum of Technology is also close by and well worth a visit.

What we liked the most

  • Tempelhof-Schöneberg is central and well connected, with plenty to see and do.
  • The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors.
  • The apartment gets plenty of sun and is nice and bright.
  • Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
  • The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
  • The comfortable living area opens out onto a lovely little balcony.
  • The sofa in the living room opens out into a double bed, making excellent use of space.
