This 40 m² studio apartment on Schivelbeiner Street in Prenzlauer Berg offers open-plan living with a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and access to a balcony. The living area is well-furnished with a big sofa and TV, and has stair access to the loft level where you will find a double bed. The bathroom is very modern has a large shower.
Living in this apartment you will be in a central location, in a well-connected part of the city with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops to explore. A shopping mall is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, and a grocery store is just down the street.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated and bright.
- The balcony is a lovely place to get some fresh air while you have your morning coffee.
- The bed is up and out of the way, making great use of space.
- A washing machine and dryer are both available.
- You can find a movie theater less than a 5-minute walk away.
- This area is very well-connected making it a breeze for you to get around the city.
