Spotahome's opinion

This newly refurbished studio apartment in Berlin is on the 3rd floor and features parquet flooring and wooden surfaces. A cute, fully equipped kitchen includes a modern oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The lounge-cum bedroom (with double bed) boasts design furniture, a wall-mounted TV, double bed and a cosy dining area. The floor to ceiling windows let in a lot of light during the day, while the wooden-floored balcony offers a lovely view of the courtyard below.

The apartment is located in the Prenzlauer Berg district of Berlin and is very close to the Thomas-Mann-Str. tram station, the Mühlenberg-Center, where you’ll find 40 specialty shops, and restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and coffee maker = good news.
  • Proximity to transport links and shops = plenty to do.
  • Newly refurbished with modern appliances = great living experience.
  • Floor to ceiling windows and balcony with seating area and view = sun and relaxation!

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen and bed are not in separate rooms. The bathroom is enclosed.
  • The laundry room in the basement with washer and dryer (for a fee).
  • Bicycle storage is available.
