This spacious studio apartment is available for rent on Akazienstraße in Schöneberg, Berlin. The 35m² property comes fitted with a double sofa-bed and a stylish dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The large windows and open layout mean the property is full of natural light.
You'll never be far from anything in Berlin with great public transport links located at your doorstep. There are multiple cafes and restaurants in the area, as well as an Aldi supermarket just 4-minutes away. There is also a public swimming pool nearby and, for the more adventurous, a rock climbing gym.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes fully-equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm. The perfect place to experiment with some traditional German recipes!
- The large sofa converts into a double-bed.
- Our Homechecker, Marco, loved this property!
- The living room and kitchen receive plenty of natural light due to the large windows and open layout.
- There are plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets located near to the property.
