Spotahome's opinion

This is a lovely, sunny studio/loft apartment. The double windows in the living area let in so much light. It has light-colored walls and warm wooden floors. There's a sofa for enjoying the TV with the bed next to the window. Near the window, there's a desk and shelving so you have a proper area set aside to work. The kitchen is modern and well equipped enough for preparing meals. Outside is a little courtyard with a tree where you could sit and relax!

This is a lovely district with great public transport, parks, and places to go out at night. You're close to the Spree River and Rummelburger See for great walks. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants and bars – so you could eat out every night if you wish!

What we liked the most

  • The courtyard is really sweet as it's lovely to have outside space in a big city.
  • The interior is modern with some plush-looking fixtures and fittings.
  • Although it's a studio, it has sections cornered off for studying, relaxing and sleeping.
  • It's a super location near public transport for getting out and about!
