This is a beautiful 2nd floor, studio apartment on Birkenstraße, Berlin. It's bright, it's spacious, and it has a charming balcony— all the essentials for a happy home.
The location is nice— the studio is a short walk from a large state park, as well as a U-Bahn station to move you around the city.
