This is a chic 5th floor, studio apartment on Baerwaldstraße, Berlin. It boasts plenty of style, a functional living and sleeping area, and even a cute balcony.

We think this apartment is perfect for a professional couple. Trendy apartment, trendy location. The city centre is close, and there are some lovely parks close by too. Smoker? It's Ok on the balcony.

How to book

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
