You will really love this living-bedroom-kitchen area. It's comfortably furnished with a lovely sofa, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and a bed designated to the side. Everything is compact and well laid out within this space, you almost won't believe that it is a studio.

We think that young professionals and couples would be a great fit here. Why? It's an small upgrade from house sharing. So, you can have a smooth transition to living alone or as a 2.

This is a ground floor, studio apartment on Simon-Dach-Straße, Berlin. The property makes great use of the space available and houses all the essentials including a bathroom, a kitchen-living-bedroom space. It's comfortably furnished, and the interiors are truly welcoming, modern and simple. What more do you need?

It is perfect for professionals and couples. The space is simple and practical which means that sharing would not be too difficult. The location is also well communicated with the rest of the city and relatively central so getting to and from the office everyday should be an easy job.

What we liked the most

  • Leaving the dishes to the dishwasher after a lovely meal- no washing up for you.
  • Strolling around and sampling the many coffee shops in the surrounding area.
  • Kicking back and relaxing in your comfortable living space after a long day.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
