Good question. The space is bright with minimalist decor. Plus it’s just a short walk to the river and also many parks around – great for nature lovers.

You get a decent sized bathroom, which includes a storage closet. There's a light and white living area with a ruby-red stretched couch for up to six.
We think this place would suit a couple or single person looking for something simple, but near to supermarkets and transport links. You can do your laundry at home while watching a series.

This is a 1st floor, studio on Am Bruchland, Berlin. Go into the city and return to this quiet neighbourhood. All the essentials like supermarkets and transport links are close.
It is perfect for a simple and modern set up. Invite friends over for a movie night – the sofa seats six.
What we liked the most
- Imagining we have just landed in Kansas and are finding delights on the yellow-brick road.
- Exploring bustling Berlin and coming home to a nice, leafy neighbourhood.
- Getting laundry done without leaving the house.
