This sunny and stylish studio apartment covers an area of 31 m². It comes furnished with a beautiful double bed. In the living room area, you will find an eccentric sofa, facing the TV. There is also a dining area where you can have your delicious meals and a fully equipped kitchen. The large windows in the room provides a lot of natural light, making it a bright apartment.
Around the area, you will find parks, restaurants and even museums. The Tiergarten is located 30 minutes away, by metro. Interesting things to do around are; visit the natural history museum located only 11 minutes, by tram. There is also a cultural centre located 14 minutes away, by tram. The location is convenient as it is close to two station, buses and trams. There are also supermarkets in close proximity.

- The location is great as it is very close to the metro stations and supermarkets.
- It is surrounded by parks from all sides.
