A beautifully furnished studio apartment is available in Schöneberg one of the the most animated districts in Berlin with its lively neighborhoods and people from all around the globe. The bright and spacious living area provides a high level of comfort. In addition, the studio offers a kitchen with the necessary equipment, dishwasher, a bathroom and a balcony for you to get some fresh air.
The surrounding streets are full of supermarkets, restaurants and plenty shopping opportunities. You are also very well connected and reach the Potsdamer Platz within 15 minutes with public transport. The next metro station (Nollendorfplatz) is only a few minutes walk.
What we liked the most
We love the balcony and - of course- the great location!
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washing machine in the building, but you can find a laundromat in the building next door.
