Pretty, modern single apartment with a small balcony to the quiet back. Kitchen fully equipped, washing machine and dryer, smart TV and WiFi router, sofa bed (additional full sleeping space), dining area for two. The comfortable fold-away bed disappears in the morning when folded up in a modern sideboard. You can easily reach the apartment via an elevator to the 5th floor. Despite its very central location in Berlin`s City-West and optimal connection to underground and S-Bahn trains, it is quietly located in a cul-de-sac to Lietzenburger and Augsburger Straße. The location in the City-West is ideal: 200m to the underground station Augsburger Straße (U3) approx. 500m and to Wittenberg Platz with U1, U2 and U3. Just a few minutes walk to Kurfürstendamm, KaDeWe (Berlin's most famous and elegant department store) and Zoologischer Garten. Restaurants, supermarkets and various other shops in the immediate vicinity. Please note that this apartment is only for one person available.
