Furnished studio apartment for rent on Bernhard-Lichtenberg-Straße. The property is fully equipped and includes a balcony.
The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a tidy building with a dichroma facade.
Very functional apartment, where the small spaces are well utilized. Upon entering, you will find a short corridor leading into the room. The environment is ideally divided in two by a bookcase placed next to the bed, so you also get a relaxation area. Here, the two colors between the white of the walls and the acidity of the green used for the details and furnishings make the room more sparkling and youthful, without dampening the beautiful light parquet floor. Next to the double bed is the access window to the balcony, from which you can enjoy the city life from a privileged position. The kitchen is indispensable but equipped with everything you need to cook, including a practical round table overlooking the window. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, is spacious and lit by the high window that opens onto the back wall.
Just 3 km from the city center, Bernhard-Lichtenberg-Strasse is on the border between the more sophisticated Prenzlauer Berg district and the more bohemian Friedrichshain neighborhood. There are plenty of places nearby to get into the rhythm of the city, but if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, a walk in Ernst-Thälaman-Park is recommended.
