Furnished studio apartment for rent on Marienstraße. The apartment develops as an open space studio, located on the fourth floor in the courtyard of an elegant building. The recently refurbished apartment is a brilliant example of how royal spaces can give spaces a unique charm. In fact, despite only 38 square meters, nothing is missing, not even a precious little balcony overlooking the city. The corner kitchen is practical and functional: fully equipped to prepare any dish. Thanks to the use of vertical modular units, the space has been divided into a sleeping area with a double bed on one side and a comfortable relaxation area with comfortable seating on the other. The bathroom has a large bathtub with hand shower installed.
The apartment is located in a very central area of Berlin, full of charm, history and glamour: Mitte. Enjoying the neighbourhood is child's play thanks to the wide and varied offer, as here the main attractions of Berlin are concentrated, such as historical sites and entertainment options suitable for everyone. It is impossible to stay without something to do.
