The flat is approx. 46㎡ big and has a large balcony (9㎡). Year of construction 1969, 2nd floor, lift, small cellar.

  • Separate kitchen, completely renovated, first-time occupancy, new kitchen, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery, towels in kitchen and bathroom, bed 160 x 200 cm with box spring mattress, bed linen, pillows and duvet, couch, balcony furniture, large shower with rain shower, towel radiator. Clothes horse, hoover.
  • Flat screen TV with Magenta TV, WLAN 100 mbit included.
  • New Siemens washing machine.

A parking space in the courtyard is optional for additional cost. Pets only allowed by arrangement.
