The accommodation is located a few minutes walk from the Schönhauser Allee Arcaden, a modern shopping mall. 5 minutes away you can also find the grocery store Rewe.
This brand new one room apartment located at the rooftop has just been completed. The
accommodation including kitchen are completely furnished and it has a terrace with a awesome view
as well as a very spacious bathroom. In addition the apartment has an air condition as well as floor
heating. The extras of very strong internet, electricity, heating and water consumption are included
in the monthly rent - no hidden or additional costs.
