What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The bright and quiet apartment is on the mezzanine floor. With a loft bed- / cupboard- / desk-system we have optimized the space and made it possible for the bedroom to also serve as a living room and study with it’s pull out desk. The made-to-measure fitted kitchen has a folding table to create more space if required.
The apartment is a few minutes' walk from Adlershofer City. All shopping facilities, schools, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants coffee shops and hotels are located there. A good connection to the public transport will bring you quickly to the center of Berlin. Not far away is the well-known science technology and media center. The OT Adlershof is one of the best-known high-tech locations in Germany and the University of Economics and Technology can be reached quickly and is assigned to the neighboring town of Oberschöneweide. Willy Brandt Airport can be reached by car in about 15 minutes and there is also an excellent connection with the S-Bahn/ tram. You can get to the city center with the S-Bahn lines S8 S9 and S 45. The S-Bahn station Adlershof provides optimal transport connections in both directions city center and Schönefeld among others. You can drive to the Berlin city ring road in 5 minutes by car.
10 minutes from the apartment is a large forest area behind the Adlershof cemetery. Treptow Köpenick is Berlin's greenest district with a lot of variety such as traditional festivals colorful market activities cultural facilities lots of nature sports and entertainment. The tram takes you in no time to the old town of Köpenick and to the large Müggelsee. Forest water a high leisure and recreational value with park landscapes sports clubs also worth mentioning the district and ferry boat trips via Dahme and Spree into the lakes.
