In some cases, lock replacements may be necessary for security reasons, resulting in additional costs. Please keep your keys secure at all times. ​ Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of £300 will be charged. ​ Parties, large gatherings, loud noise, and unregistered guests are not allowed. If we find sufficient evidence of such activities, we reserve the right to cancel your stay without a refund. Security personnel may be involved in the eviction process, with any related costs deducted from your security deposit.
