The space

The dining table can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. In the living area there is a practical single sofa bed (90x200), while the sleeping area has a comfortable double bed (160x200). The bathroom is very spacious and well finished. It is equipped with a large crystal shower, heated towel rails and washing machine. From the bathroom you can access the large terrace, which overlooks the greenery behind the building.

A fast internet connection and a 32” smart TV are also provided, through which you can access online services with your own account, such as Netflix.

The apartment was completely renovated in October * to ensure guests a pleasant stay in a refined and comfortable environment. Although overlooking via Massarenti, one of the most popular routes to reach the city center, the property is extremely quiet, thanks to high quality window fixtures. The building restoration was eco-sustainable: the construction of the thermal coat and the installation of solar panels on the rooftop both aimed at excellent insulation of the premises while minimizing the energy footprint of the building.
