Questo splendido trilocale di circa 130 mq, completamente ristrutturato a Febbraio 2025, è dotato di rifiniture di pregio, quali serramenti anti-rumore di ultima generazione, pavimento con laminato veneziano in tutte le camere, mobili realizzati su misura da famosi designer europei, un romantico affaccio sull'incantevole via Santo Stefano, nonché connessione veloce in fibra ottica.
L’appartamento si apre su un accogliente ingresso che immette nel salone doppio della zona giorno. Due scenografiche colonne separano la sala da pranzo dalla zona dedicata al relax, donando un tocco di opulenza all'atmosfera rilassata che si respira nell'appartamento, ed incorniciando il meraviglioso affaccio, che attraverso due finestre si apre su una delle vie più famose di Bologna, per arrivare a scorgere la torre degli Asinelli. La sala da pranzo è contraddistinta dalle calde nuance della boiserie in legno, che contrasta meravigliosamente con l’elegante tavolo ovale in cristallo da 6 persone di cui è dotato l’immobile.
