L’immobile si trova all’ultimo piano (7° piano) di un piacevole palazzo residenziale con ascensore affacciato su una silenziosa strada laterale rispetto a via Barca. E’ arredato con uno stile moderno e funzionale ed equipaggiato con tutte le più moderne tecnologie. È dotato di pavimenti in marmo, infissi di ultima generazione anti-rumore, aria condizionata in ogni stanza e riscaldamento centralizzato, regolabile tramite termostato. Ci troviamo proprio di fianco al parco Delcisa Gallerani, a poca distanza da viale Sandro Pertini, la direttrice che porta velocemente al centro della città, nel contesto di un quartiere ben servito da attività commerciali e mezzi pubblici.
Varcata la soglia ci si trova nell'ingresso, che a sua volta si apre su un gradevole soggiorno, estremamente piacevole da vivere ed inondato dalla luce proveniente dalla grande porta finestra del balcone, con il suo scenografico affaccio sulla Basilica di San Luca. La zona relax mette a disposizione degli ospiti una Smart TV da 43” ed un comodo divano da 3 persone.
La zona notte si raggiunge tramite un breve corridoio e mette a disposizione due camere da letto intime ed accoglienti, entrambe dotate di una postazione per lo smart working.
L'appartamento dispone di un bagno finemente arredato.
