Prestigioso ed ampio appartamento di circa 150 mq con giardino privato e posto auto, sito al piano terra in una zona di pregio, sui primi colli di Bologna, a pochi passi dalla facoltà di ingegneria e dal centro storico. Rifinito con gusto ed arredato con pregiati mobili di antiquariato, l’immobile è dotato di ogni comfort.
Fino a 6 ospiti hanno accesso a tutta la casa e all'uso completo della cucina; lenzuola e asciugamani saranno disponibili in appartamento. All'arrivo il nostro staff si troverà presso l'appartamento per spiegare il funzionamento delle dotazioni e consegnare le chiavi. Durante il soggiorno, saremo a disposizione per ogni evenienza.
L’immobile ha due accessi, quello principale che immette sull'ingresso; ed uno dal giardino privato, che immette direttamente nell'ampio salotto con il suo coreografico camino (non utilizzabile). L'ingresso permette di accedere alla cucina abitabile ed alla magnifica sala da pranzo, che si affacciano sui terrazzi di cui è circondato l’immobile. La sala da pranzo è senza dubbio dominata dal massiccio tavolo in legno di fine ‘900, capace di accogliere comodamente fino a 6 persone.
I raffinati tessuti dei tendaggi e le pareti color crema, decorate con opere d’arte realizzate dalla proprietà, danno vita ad una zona
