Ampio ed elegante appartamento di circa 150 mq composto da 3 camere da letto, salotto con cucina a vista, 2 bagni e lavanderia. L’immobile si trova al secondo piano (con ascensore) di uno stabile in pieno centro a Bologna, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore e adiacente alla fermata dell’autobus diretto alla fiera e alla stazione dei treni.
Appena entrati in casa è possibile riporre i cappotti nello spazioso ingresso che, da un lato si apre verso la zona giorno, dall'altro introduce al corridoio dove si trovano le camere da letto. In sala domina una bella libreria in legno a fianco della quale sono sistemati un divano letto singolo (80 x 200 cm) ed il tavolino in cristallo. Di fronte alla zona relax, sopra al pianoforte (non funzionante), è appesa la smart TV, con la quale ci si può connettere ad internet. La cucina a vista si sviluppa sul fianco della salotto. È una cucina moderna, che cela all'interno dei suoi pensili laccati bianchi un corredo completo e mette a disposizione fuochi ad induzione, lavastoviglie e forno. Completano l’arredo un bel tavolo in cristallo per 6 persone ed una piccola, ma capiente credenza in legno.
La zona notte è composta da 2 camere da letto, uno studio, 2 bagni ed una lavanderia. Entrambe le camere da letto dispongono di un
