Gradevole e luminoso trilocale di 87 mq sito a Bologna, al 7° piano di uno stabile residenziale con ascensore (accesso con 1 gradino) in zona Sant’Orsola. L’ingresso immette su un lungo corridoio da cui si può accedere al salotto, al bagno ed alle 2 stanze
da letto della casa. La zona giorno, che si affaccia su un lungo terrazzo, comprende un angolo relax,
arredato con divano-letto singolo (80 x 195 cm) ed un comodo tavolo in legno per 6 persone, posto
di fronte alla TV a schermo piatto da 37”. La credenza, il mobile della TV e la vetrina sono stati realizzati nello stesso materiale del tavolo, così da rendere estremamente accogliente ed armonico l’ambiente. La cucina è convenientemente separata dalla sala da pranzo da una porta a soffietto: mette a disposizione degli ospiti un corredo completo di tutti gli utensili ed è attrezzata con macchina per il caffé Nespresso, forno, microonde, frigorifero a colonna, bollitore elettrico, toaster, minipimer (food mixer in inglese) e piano cottura a gas. Per accedere alla zona notte si percorre il corridoio, che termina nella grande camera da letto degli ospiti, dalla quale si può accedere ad una pratica veranda attrezzata con un armadio contenente gli utensili per la pulizia della casa.
