Appartamento appena ristrutturato nel pieno centro di Bologna, in posizione davvero speciale. Dal terrazzo si gode una splendida vista sulle Due Torri. Sotto casa ci sono bar, ristoranti e tutta la vitalità del centro, ma l’affaccio sopra i tetti su un cortile interno regala un’atmosfera magica, riservata e silenziosa.
La casa è completamente nuova, arredata con grande cura e pronta da vivere. È dotata di aria condizionata, internet Wi-Fi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, grande Smart TV ed è completa di tutto il necessario: lenzuola, asciugamani, pentole, bollitore, tostapane e molto altro.
Nel canone sono comprese tutte le spese; elettricità, riscaldamento e acqua calda (gas) sono inclusi entro limiti di consumo prestabiliti. Le bollette resteranno intestate a me, quindi sarà semplice verificare eventuali eccessive eccedenze.
Le foto sono ancora parziali perché sto ultimando l’arredo. Pubblicherò presto, Cerco lavoratori, ricercatori o persone con esigenza abitativa temporanea documentabile. Purtroppo non posso affittare a studenti per ragioni contrattuali e legislative. Minimo sei mesi, massimo un anno. Fumatori solo in terrazza. Mi piacciono molto gli animali, ma non sono ammessi per preservare al meglio lo stato della casa, appena ristrutturata e arredata.
