What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Newly renovated, spacious one bedroom apartment with a long corridor entrance. It's very central, close to the station and main high street. Modern well-equipped kitchen, round table overlooking the main road with tall trees. It's on the fourth floor and there is a lift. There is also a sofa, shelving unit and desk. The apartment is bright and cosy and has a beautiful, parquet floor. Both rooms have air/con. The rent includes everything, except electricity and hot /cold water. In order to stipulate the rental contract we ask for a copy of ID, a university invite/work contract/other reason for relocation to Bologna, also parental guarantee if you are a student. You also need an Italian Tax code, which we can help you to obtain.
