A mezzanine level houses the bedroom with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and direct access to the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and washing machine. The apartment also offers air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are provided for your stay. All utility bills are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, water, unlimited Wi-Fi, waste collection tax, and a flat-rate utility package). However, the lease agreement will include a monthly utility cap (generally €200–250) to encourage responsible energy consumption and avoid excessive usage.
