Charming apartment of about one hundred and thirty sqm, located in a historic building in the heart of Bologna, a short walk from the University of Bologna and Piazza Santo Stefano, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.
The apartment is suitable for people who want to pamper themselves with every comfort. The finishes are top level, as the brand new wooden anti-noise and anti-thermal shutters, or the base of the floors, made of Carrara marble, or even the presence of very silent air conditioning splits in every room.

The position of the property is highly strategic, in order to visit the architectonic and artistic beauties of the city center, and it is located at a few minutes from the Giardini Margherita, the largest green area of the center.
