Modern and bright one-bedroom apartment of about forty five sqm, on the second floor (without elevator) of a residential building in the Bolognina area, a neighborhood close to the new Municipality of Bologna and a short distance from the high-speed train station and the Exhibition Hall.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.
The apartment pays utmost attention in the choice of materials and finishes.
The air conditioning is supplied with two splits, one in the living room and the other one in the kitchen, while the heating is autonomous. The latest generation windows offer optimal thermal and sound insulation.
