Located in the Murri area, ten minutes from the city center and major universities. Room the size of a double, for single use, in a very nice apartment, well-lived-in and equipped with every comfort. The room is in an 80 square meter apartment with a large entrance, dining room, small kitchen, and large bathroom with shower. In total, there are two single-use rooms in the apartment. The room has double windows, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bookcase, desk, and chair. The house is equipped with all appliances. Near the apartment, you will find: shopping center, supermarkets, Giardini Margherita, ring road, highway, city center, and bus stops in every direction; near the apartment is the s.s. Futa leading to the avenues of Bologna.
