There are rooms for rent in this sunny 4-bedroom apartment on Via Arienti in Galvani. This spacious 157m² property is fully furnished, with beautiful hardwood floors and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and stove. The fully tiled bathroom has a large bathtub-shower and additional storage.
Located in Galvani, you will be near several historical sites, such as Basilica di Santo Stefano. There are also plenty of museums and parks in the area, including Giardini Margherita and Piazza Maggiore. There is also a university nearby. The area is well-connected by bus.
What we liked the most
- The sunny kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, including a full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of storage, a stove, and oven.
- There are 2 comfortable living rooms with large windows and comfortable furniture, providing plenty of places to relax.
- The apartment is well-located in the city, near several bus lines and historical sites.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no A/C.
- The landlord has a 24 year old son living in the apartment.
- The dishwasher cannot be used by the tenants, and the living rooms are strictly for usage of the landlord.
