The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and stove. The fully tiled bathroom has a large bathtub-shower and additional storage.
Located in Galvani, you will be near several historical sites, such as Basilica di Santo Stefano. There are also plenty of museums and parks in the area, including Giardini Margherita and Piazza Maggiore. There is also a university nearby. The area is well-connected by bus.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a single bed and is fully furnished. There is plenty of storage in this room provided by the chest of drawers, shelving, and built-in wardrobe. There is a sunny window letting in plenty of light, and a large desk with a lamp and mini fridge, which would be perfect for students studying late into the night.
What we liked the most
- The sunny kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, including a full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of storage, a stove, and oven.
- There are 2 comfortable living rooms with large windows and comfortable furniture, providing plenty of places to relax.
- The apartment is well-located in the city, near several bus lines and historical sites.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no A/C.
- The landlord has a 24 year old son living in the apartment.
- The dishwasher cannot be used by the tenants, and the living rooms are strictly for usage of the landlord.
