This charming apartment of about fifty four sqm, with a bedroom, separate kitchen and living room, is located on the second floor (thirty steps) of a pleasant Art Nouveau building, which stands on the first hills surrounding Bologna, a short distance from the historic center.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.
The heating is autonomous, while the air conditioning is supplied via one portable unit. The position, close to the hills, gives a fresh and ventilated climate even in the hottest season. The floors are completely covered in parquet and go well with the modern and clean design of the wooden furniture, making it extremely welcoming and pleasant.
