Luminoso e moderno appartamento di circa 50 mq con una camera da letto, sito al primo piano - con ascensore - di un bel palazzo, posto in un contesto assolutamente silenzioso, a due passi dal parco 11 Settembre e dalla Cineteca, comodissimo per visitare a piedi i principali monumenti di Bologna.
L'appartamento è stato totalmente ristrutturato nell'autunno del 2019, prestando la massima attenzione alla scelta dei materiali e alle rifiniture, che sono tutte piacevoli e moderne. L'aria condizionata è a disposizione con uno split nel soggiorno e nella camera da letto, mentre uno splendido parquet contribuisce a rendere gli ambienti eleganti e raffinati. Le finestre dell’immobile si affacciano su una corte interna, il che rende l’immobile estremamente silenzioso, anche se ci troviamo nel centro storico.
