L'aria condizionata è a disposizione in entrambi gli ambienti, mentre le grandi finestre che si affacciano sotto il portico rendono le stanze estremamente piacevoli. Anche se l'immobile è situato all'incrocio tra Via Ugo Bassi e Piazza Malpighi, uno snodo fondamentale dei mezzi pubblici di Bologna, la massima tranquillità è garantita da infissi di ultima generazione con vetri isolanti.
