All bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited WiFi, water, waste tax, flat rate bill), but we will set a maximum limit in the contract (generally €200-250/month) to avoid energy waste and excessive consumption. With normal consumption, you will not incur additional costs. The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations.
