Der Einrichtungsstil ist modern-bohemian mit Vintage-Elementen, alles ist neu und hochwertig. Stylisch, gemütlich, mit teils bodentiefen Fenstern und Hinterhof-Flair. Die Loggia ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Es fallen für Sie keine zusätzlichen Kosten an, alle Betriebs- und Heizkosten sind in der Warmmiete enthalten.
Die helle Wohnung ist WG-geeignet, sie hat zwei durch eine Verbindungstür getrennte Einheiten, Küche und Bad sind gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Beide Wohnungsteile verfügen über Boxspringbetten, Arbeitsplätze mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Internet-TV und schnelles Wifi.
Achtung: die beiden Wohnungsteile sind unterschiedlich groß.
Aufgrund der Raumaufteilung und vergangener Erfahrungen haben wir feststellen dürfen, dass die Wohnung für Paare mit Kindern leider nicht geeignet ist.
Eine Endreinigung am Ende der Mietzeit ist obligatorisch, zu diesem Zweck werden dreihundert Euro von der Kaution einbehalten. In der Wohnungsausstattung sind Bettlaken, Bettwäsche und Handtücher enthalten. Die Unterhaltsreinigung erfolgt durch den Mieter.
