Die Loggia ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Es fallen für Sie keine zusätzlichen Kosten an, alle Betriebs- und Heizkosten sind in der Warmmiete enthalten.
Die helle Wohnung ist WG-geeignet, sie hat zwei durch eine Verbindungstür getrennte Einheiten, Küche und Bad sind gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Beide Wohnungsteile verfügen über Boxspringbetten, Arbeitsplätze mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Internet-TV und schnelles Wifi.
Achtung: die beiden Wohnungsteile sind unterschiedlich groß.
Aufgrund der Raumaufteilung und vergangener Erfahrungen haben wir feststellen dürfen, dass die Wohnung für Paare mit Kindern leider nicht geeignet ist.
