The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. There is an open semi American kitchen with all the appliances. The apartment has a bathroom with bath and shower/double . Separated toilet with sink. Area is near institutions (rue de Spa), metro Madou as well as many transport.
The house has tree apartments. Spacious staircase. Nice high ceiling rooms. Must see
