This 128 m², 3-bedroom property is a modern and stylish apartment in the central of Brussels. This apartment has 2 furnished bedrooms, and one spare, unfurnished room that you can use however you like. The living room and kitchen have an open layout with large windows that cover an entire wall. The windows provide access to a spacious balcony that has amazing city views. The entire apartment has elegant wooden detailing from the floor to the furniture. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room to share.

The apartment is located in Brussels City Center, which means that you have everything you could need at your fingertips. There is a metro and tram stop less than 10 minutes from the apartment and multiple bus line less than 5 minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • The living room and bedrooms have large windows that fill the property with a lot of natural light.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven and dishwasher.
  • There are technically 3 bedrooms, but 1 is unfurnished and you can use it however you like.
  • Bedroom 3 has an en-suite bathroom.
  • There is 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room to share.
  • The washing machine and dryer are in separate storage closet.
  • There is parking available for an additional fee.
  • The apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city by public transport, but has restaurants and shops within walking distance.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
