Ideally located in the EU area at five min walk from Schuman subway & Schuman trainstation (direct train to Brussels airport) on the "Place Jourdan" which has numerous great restaurants, bars and famous "Maison Antoine" which makes the best Fries of Belgium (won the title numerous times) - even Merkel couldn't resist!

Spotahome's opinion
This newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Etterbeek. The apartment has a bedroom with huge bed and plenty of storage space, a large living area with a sofa and a dining table that can seat up to six. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and fridge freezer. There are separate toilet and shower rooms, ideal for couples or if you have guests over.
The location of the apartment is fantastic, it is on a quiet street, but only a minute's walk from Place Jourdan where you can find a large array of cafes, restaurants and bars; a great place to socialise. It is also very close to 2 large parks, Parc Léopold, and Parc du Cinquantenaire, which also has 2 museums in it. There is a large train station about 10 minutes' walk away with fast links to VUB and ULB Universities.
What we liked the most
- Both VUB and ULB Universities are less than 15 minutes from the apartment, perfect for students.
- Place Jourdan, a great social hub, is just around the corner.
- The apartment is newly renovated and looks great.
- The apartment would also be ideal for civil servants - the Berlaymont building (home of the European Commission) is a 10-minute walk.
